How the 5-Axis System Works
The machine combines X, Y and Z linear movement with two rotary movements of the processing head.
X Axis - Longitudinal Movement: Controls the cutting head along the main working direction of the bridge and determines the available cutting length.
Y Axis - Cross Movement: Moves the cutting head across the slab, allowing different areas of the workpiece to be processed without manual repositioning.
Z Axis - Vertical Movement: Controls the lifting and lowering of the cutting head according to the required cutting depth and processing operation.
A Axis - Head Tilting: Tilts the cutting head to support angled and bevel cutting operations, including miter processing.
C Axis - Head Rotation: Rotates the cutting head around the vertical axis, allowing different cutting directions and multi-angle processing.
